Cathy Fink is the co-founder of CLF•A and a chief strategist on demand.
She is a catalyst and advisor to companies that are changing the healthcare system and the patient experience through innovations in the life sciences and digital health industries. She has built and led cross-functional marcomms teams for Fortune 500 clients and early-stage life science organizations, allowing her to transform brand vision into actionable marketing and communications strategies.
Before CFL•A, Cathy led the integrated global communications and corporate reputation portfolios for Johnson & Johnson and Boehringer Ingelheim on behalf of Porter Novelli/Omnicom Public Relations Group. She began her career in healthcare as Founder, The Eden Communications Group, a patient and physician education agency that was sold to Omnicom.

Michelle Anderson is the co-founder of CLF•A and a tenured brand, communications, and marketing maven.
She is sought out as an advisor to professional services organizations on growth through best-in-class marketing and sales strategies. Cathy says Michelle can market anything—but she specializes in complex, highly regulated industries, including financial services and healthcare.
Michelle’s passion for small and growing businesses started when she worked at Capital One, where she built and launched the SPARK credit card for small business owners. She has built content for financial advisors at T. Rowe Price, and then went on to build the brands and sales functions of several high-growth agencies in the Washington, DC area, including Spectrum Science and ROKK Solutions.
